Drink driving message

 

This animation was made by Natasha, aged 14, and Jordan, aged 11, as part of the North Herts Summer Programme that ran at Baldock Youth Centre for two days in August 2011. 

The young people were divided into groups. The first day was spent writing the script for the clips and the designing and building of the sets. The second day focused on the actual filming. The young people were given a large amount of materials that they could use in their film such as felt, plasticine, pipe cleaners and paper. They were asked to put together a small story but not to be over ambitious and to keep it small, they enjoyed making their short films and also learnt how to use stop-frame animation techniques.
