What is a One Stop Shop? 

YCH logo no borders.JPG A 'Youth Connexions One Stop Shop' is a venue where you can go to get information, advice, guidance and support on education, work, training and volunteering, advice on drugs, finance, health including sexual health, housing plus much more!

The One Stop Shops have friendly staff where you're always made to feel welcome. You can just drop in, or make an appointment - whatever suits you. The staff are there to help and discuss things confidentially. Whatever you need to find out or ask, the One Stop Shops can support you.

What are Youth Connexions Centres?

Youth Connexions Centres may be located in venues such as Job Centres, Schools and Colleges. You can go here to get information, advice and guidance on learning, jobs, health and personal development opportunities. Scheduled 'drop-in' facilities are also available at Youth Connexions Centres.
