Family Matters

Every family has problems, even the ones that seem happy on the outside. It is normal for a family to go through the ups and downs of life together. Sometimes they are able to help and support each other, sometimes they seem to do the opposite.

We expect a lot from the members of our family so when they let us down, it can really hurt and lead to a range of difficult feelings. A death, divorce or separation can also hit a family really hard. If your family is going through a difficult time, you might want to talk to someone about your feelings and get some advice and support.

If you are in a position where you are suffering violence, abuse or neglect within your family, you need to get help immediately to make it stop.
