Support with health problems

Illness - major or minor? If you feel ill and are worried, don't ignore it. It could be something that will pass quickly, but if it was something more serious, the sooner you get treatment, the better.
- It is easier to cope with an illness if you understand it, so seek advice from your doctor
- Many serious illnesses/conditions have support groups that can offer help and advice
- It may take time for you to adjust to living with a medical condition; find out as much as you can and ask for help
