They Sink Ships
Review by Anonymous.
Hertfordshire has produced several big bands from the hard-hitting Gallows, to the post-hardcore Enter Shikari. But recently, another name has emerged, one with the potential to rise among the ranks of Hertfordshire's greatest – They Sink Ships.
This local 5-piece pop punk band all have the potential, not to mention the elements, to be hugely successful. The songs have powerful vocals, a bouncing synthesiser, beautifully matched guitar rhythms and a bass alongside pounding drums. This all adds up to a foot-tapping medley of songs that stick in your head throughout the day.
Whether you are a fan of pop, punk or not, you'll find They Sink Ships dangerously enthralling, wondrously charming and just downright entertaining.
If there’s a band worthy of representing Hertfordshire’s musical name, then it's these boys here.
Remember the name They Sink Ships, you heard it here first. It won't be long before you see them on the front of NME and Kerrang!
