Just Dance 2 game review

Well could anything knock Guitar Hero off the top spot considering it was rated one of the best games in 2009/10? Very few people would have suggested a dancing game for the Wii. But it happened. The original 'Just Dance' was the surprise success of 2009, shifting more than three and a half million copies worldwide and still counting!!

Now they have taken it a step further and released ‘Just Dance 2’ on the 14th of October. It hit the shelves selling like hot cakes, the word spreading rapidly about the coolest dance tracks, with the hottest moves and the cheesy jokes about your friends dodgy dancing. It has all the instructions for first time movers and guidance from very stylish, bright neon silhouetted dancers on the screen who show you the dance steps.

At my youth project where I work, the young people go crazy for this game! You can get everyone involved and it brings out everyone in a smile. It's also a great for a workout for a more creative and funny way of exercising. The presentation is much more professional in this version, and yet still easy to understand with no unnecessary fluff on-screen. The stylised dancers are superb, too, and dressed in everything from monster masks to robot suits or legwarmers and bouncing wigs, depending on the song. The choice for music is widely varied from Beyonce's ‘Crazy in Love’ to the Beastie Boys' ‘Body Movin’ '. It has all the classics and the girl pleasers such as ‘Toxic’ and Kesha's ‘Tick Tok’. This game is brilliant for sleepovers, gaming nights or even with a takeaway with a little bit of grooving involved to work of those slices.

Well to sum up 'Just Dance 2' I must say it is right up my street, any chance of playing, plus a workout is defiantly a 10/10 from me. Thank you for reading.
